Responsibilities
- The Marketing Analytics and Technology team is an enabling function supporting the Business Unit Marketing and Enterprise Analytics & Customer Experience teams (EACX) and thereby the Chief Product Officers/Line of Business, responsible for measuring, assessing and articulating the efficacy of our marketing strategies to help drive growth and/or efficiency opportunities across the bank
- With sister teams participating alongside the marketing lifecycle of the various segments, the Marketing Analytics Product Owner team is enabling those analysts with the data, tools, frameworks and centralized reporting they need to generate insights and report on performance
- In addition, this team supports horizontal program/channel level insights and centralized experimentation strategy and governance
- Owns KPI definition and corresponding data dictionary for marketing analytics space
- Liaisons with EACX team to ensure alignment on all product and customer data definitions
- Solves needs surrounding accessible and reliable datamart and reporting layer for analytical use
- Builds and maintains vendor-based Marketing Mix Modeling measurement tool that provides holistic view of marketing performance for Wealth, Consumer and Business Banking; supports top-of-the-house reporting/insights as needed
- Explores options for unified measurement solution for Corporate/Commercial/Institutional space

The Business Unit Marketing and Enterprise Analytics & Customer Experience (EACX) teams are supported by the Marketing Analytics and Technology team.
and consequently the Chief Product Officers/Line of Business, who are in charge of quantifying, evaluating, and communicating the effectiveness of our marketing tactics in order to support the bank’s expansion and/or efficiency prospects.
The Marketing Analytics Product Owner team is providing those analysts with the data, tools, frameworks, and centralized reporting they require in order to produce insights and report on performance, with sister teams working alongside the marketing lifecycle of the various segments. This team also provides centralized experimentation strategy and governance, as well as horizontal program/channel level insights.
The duties of a leader
- Coordinates with the EACX team to guarantee agreement on all product and customer data definitions; owns the KPI definition and related data dictionary for the marketing analytics sector.
- Addresses the need for a dependable and easily available datamart and reporting layer for analytical purposes.
- Develops and maintains a vendor-based marketing mix modeling measurement platform that offers a comprehensive perspective of marketing performance for business, consumer, and wealth banking; where necessary, it supports in-house reporting and insights.
- Examines possibilities for a uniform measurement system for institutional, commercial, and corporate spaces.
- Upholds all sponsored and owned channels’ last-touch attribution (LTA) reporting features, including those for program and channel insights.
Across marketing teams, it centralizes and regulates experimentation, testing, and learning strategies and plans.
- Promotes innovation in marketing measurement, such as implementing hardened/last touch reporting on the direct mail channel, finding methods to increase automation, promoting uniformity and enhancement in dashboard user experience, and AI/genAI-powered insight production
Fundamental Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 10 to 15 years of relevant expertise in dashboarding, data engineering, data architecture, and data product ownership; the candidate should be comfortable integrating data from various, disparate sources, querying databases, and creating dashboards and tools that present users with actionable insights.
Preferred Credentials
- Practical experience using datasets generated from a variety of marketing strategies, such as owned channel advertising on digital domains using raw sitecat data, affiliate marketing, social media, programmatic/direct buy display, direct mail, and email.
- Knowledge of utilizing tools for fundamental data and last mile ETL
wrangling and querying including SQL, SAS, R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, Hadoop, etc.; in addition, expertise in dashboarding via data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI
• Evidence of strong data management practices/leadership including documenting calculations, code, processes to validate/test data, and remediate data quality issues
• Understanding of various marketing measurement methodologies including adtech platform reporting, last touch attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling; and experimentation practice that identifies incrementality and unlocks areas of growth and optimization
• Desire to innovative within the reporting space to drive efficiency in operations.
• Ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level, considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
• Team leadership and people development experience that ensures high team satisfaction, development and effective utilization of offshore talent
