Responsibilities

  • Review, reconcile and submit general expenses costs
  • Closely work with different shared services to promptly record transactions
  • Request and collate new vendor/employee information for processing by shared services
  • Initiate Intercompany invoicing requests to shared services
  • Prepare and transmit client invoices via email or client proprietary interface, and corresponding reconciliation
  • Analyse and reconcile accounts, creation, and analysis of job profit summaries
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures, including accruals and reclasses
  • Accounts Payable/Receivables and other Ad Hoc requests for Canada accounting

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Review, reconcile, and submit general expense reports.
  • Collaborate closely with various shared services to ensure timely transaction recording.
  • Gather and compile new vendor and employee information for processing by shared services.
  • Initiate intercompany invoicing requests to shared services.
  • Prepare and send client invoices via email or client-specific interfaces, along with necessary reconciliations.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts, including the creation and examination of job profit summaries.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reclassifications.
  • Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable and other ad hoc requests for Canadian accounting, utilizing various accounting software.

About You

Associate degree in accounting business administration, finance or a related field or a similar degree and work experience is required.
Experience in delivering high quality business partnerships is essential, as is an ability to deal with a high degree of uncertainty and significant changes
