Benefits of Adobe
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $119,400 — $236,400 annually
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans

Responsibilities
- As Quality Engineer, you will work with a dedicated team of development and quality engineers on the DVA product line
- Quality Engineers get passionate about testing features, writing clear and concise bug reports, creating test cases, verifying bug fixes, communicating effectively with developes, quality engineers, and customers
- Advocate for customers and recommend features and fixes that improve their workflow
- Work with customers to better understand user workflows and reproduce their bugs
- Write clear documentation for projects and features for which you are responsible
- Implement test cases, ad hoc testing, and performance testing on new and existing features
- Perform interoperability testing between After Effects and other DVA applications
- Collaborate with development and user experience team members to build test cases for new features
- Identify and use existing tools and test materials from other Adobe QE teams
- Isolate bugs, write detailed bug reports, and verify and regress bugs

The difficulty
The After Effects team is seeking someone with a strong work ethic who appreciate finding software problems, sometimes known as breaking software, and who want to deliver the best products possible. Working on the DVA product line as a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with a committed group of development and quality engineers. Testing features, composing succinct and understandable issue reports, building test cases, validating bug solutions, and efficiently interacting with developers, other quality engineers, and clients are all areas of great interest for quality engineers.
