This role is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health division, which works to enhance animal lives via improved nutrition. Our group conducts research, comes up with ideas, and develops solutions that help our clients achieve good health outcomes.
Impact and Job Purpose
Through a variety of sales channels, the regional sales associate will engage in both in-person and remote sales to both new and current clients. We are looking for a results-driven individual who will assist in determining the needs of the client and making recommendations for suitable goods, services, and solutions under supervision.
Important Responsibilities
- Participate in product demos and help create and deliver sales bids, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in locating and contacting potential clients in order to establish connections that will lead to future sales and repeat business.
- Possessing a fundamental understanding of items, their attributes, and how to market, sell, and generate demand for a range of goods.
- Arrange daily tasks, such as visiting customers and achieving both numeric and qualitative goals.
- Track changes in the market and competition while informing top staff.
- Manage simple problems and issues directly while referring more complicated ones to the proper personnel.
