Responsibilities
- The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for email campaign execution, as well as supporting other email and CRM projects and initiatives
- In this role, they will collaborate with internal business partners to execute email campaigns that drive the business
- They will support marketing leads on projects and will work to uphold and adhere to best practices of email and direct marketing principles as well as EBG brand standards and email guidelines
- Executes email campaign production across multiple platforms, including setup, QA, and deployment
- Utilizes a working knowledge of HTML to conduct basic code updates, including modifications to images, logos, links, copy, tracking tags and other elements
- Adheres to process for execution and on-time delivery of complex, highly dynamic promotional email campaigns
- Participates in the QA/QC of all email campaigns (audit creative, promotional messaging, links, segment selection, set up, etc.). Partners with account managers and marketing leads to ensure all campaign details and content are accurate
- Supports marketing leads on email test setup, execution, monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance
- Uses basic segmentation principles in daily email campaigns and CRM campaigns
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising/Marketing, Creative, and Partnership account managers to coordinate on campaign assets, reviews, and approvals
- Performs additional duties as assigned
