Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our client’s team on a contractual basis. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment process, from job advertisements to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains exceptional talent that aligns with its mission. This pivotal role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape and the capability to identify candidates who are not only qualified but also deeply committed to enhancing the welfare of families and children. The position is located onsite in Los Angeles, CA, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies designed to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and develop detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
