Responsibilities
- As the Talent Acquisition Lead for the US, you will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Director and the Head of HR to lead and execute senior-level hiring from start to finish, as well as lead the US Talent Acquisition team
- Your role will involve partnering with the business and senior stakeholders to drive process and cost efficiencies, including implementing effective direct sourcing and talent mapping strategies
- Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic reporting tools to enhance performance and improve the experience for both candidates and stakeholders
- Take the lead on transformational recruitment projects and initiatives for the US Business Unit in line with the overriding Global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Manage and lead the PHUS recruitment team and ensure all operational KPI’s are met and performance is consistent
- Creation and distribution of weekly / monthly MI packs tailing both operational and strategic data metrics to drive business efficiencies
- Utilize creative and cost efficient sourcing techniques to directly source and talent pool relevant senior level candidates for the business
- Partner with the Head of HR and senior stakeholders on workforce planning, ensuring we are working with the business on forecasting potential needs, understanding key attrition metrics and formulating a sourcing strategy

Let’s Examine the Position:
As the US Talent Acquisition Lead, you will oversee the US Talent Acquisition team and work directly with the Global Talent Acquisition Director and the Head of HR to plan and carry out senior-level hiring from beginning to end. As part of your job, you will work with senior stakeholders and the business to drive cost and process efficiencies, especially by putting talent mapping and direct sourcing strategies into practice. Accountabilities
By managing a team, finding the best candidates for open positions, serving as a subject matter expert talent partner for the company, and spearheading important recruitment initiatives, the US Talent Acquisition Lead contributes to the region’s overall growth and strategic direction:
- Lead the US Business Unit’s transformational hiring projects and efforts in accordance with the Global Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Oversee and direct the PHUS hiring team, making ensuring that all operational KPIs are fulfilled and that performance is steady.
- To improve business efficiency, weekly and monthly MI packs that track both strategic and operational data metrics are created and distributed.
- Directly find and talent pool qualified senior level individuals for the company by using innovative and economical sourcing strategies.
- Assist the business in projecting future requirements, comprehending important attrition data, and developing a sourcing strategy by collaborating with the HR Head and senior stakeholders on workforce planning.
- Manage senior level hiring from start to finish; • Control and organize the interview process in accordance with hiring managers and the primary talent acquisition plan.
- Take the lead in agency engagement and collaborate with the director of global talent acquisition to expand the list of preferred suppliers.
