Responsibilities

  • They continuously work to build expertise in uncovering our customers’ needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions

They serve as brand representatives, generating enthusiasm and enthusiasm for our goods and services. They have a strong interest in the connected world and do well in a fast-paced setting where customer demands, technological advancements, and the retail experience are always changing. They fully engage with our clients, and their capacity to establish new connections and strengthen those that already exist is unparalleled in the wireless sector. In order to advance to the next level as a Mobile Expert, new associates are actively developing their abilities and proficiencies in this learning role while collaborating with their team. You will need to successfully finish new employee training in order to work as a Mobile Associate.

Job duties include: • Developing skills in customer service and sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience and cultivating customer loyalty by: • Assisting consumers in continuing their purchasing journeys, whether in-person, online, or through Customer Care.

  • Examining each customer’s demands and offering interactive displays of the newest and best technologies available in-store.
    In order to keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, we sell side-by-side to find customized solutions that go beyond basic devices and service plans. These solutions might range from cutting-edge IoT gadgets to distinctive accessories.
  • Taking a calm, honest, and caring approach to service and sales needs.
  • Gains proficiency with and regularly employs digital technologies in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: • How our always growing coverage compares in our customers’ local area, offering them a fast LTE network
  • The reasons why T-Mobile plans and services will enable our clients to live freely, experience love, remain connected, and achieve more.
  • Finishes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new procedures and abilities, system knowledge, and reference materials.

Mobile Associates are given on-the-job training during their first ninety days of employment with T-Mobile, and they can earn incentive compensation as they meet training goals. Following completion, Mobile Associates advance to the position of Mobile Expert and are eligible for a $18,000 annual incentive target. Performance and full-time status determine the actual incentives. Every T-Mobile employee is guaranteed $20 per hour, which includes basic salary and bonuses. Additionally, every T-Mobile employee is qualified for an annual stock grant because we are all owners.
