- The CX Systems Program Manager is responsible for working with insight consultants and researchers by transforming their research and insights needs into survey programming and dashboard builds
- This is an individual contributor role that will be part of a dynamic team of individuals that provide similar work for other business units
- Translate customer and employee research requirements into Qualtrics platform
- Program, build and test surveys, email templates, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
- Build workflows to automate tasks
- Collaborate with researchers and insight consultants in programming surveys
- Work with data/technology representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
- Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
- Manage the samples for each of these programs and ensure that automation is built to support a robust feedback platform
- The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

Basic Qualifications
